Hauling Clay with My Sibs

loadOn Sunday, all of my sixlift siblings were up for a family gathering and I took the opportunity to corral the extra hands into moving the clay my students and I dug from the deposit site to the barn.  My two brothers, Tim and Joe, and my sisters, Paula and Michelle, and Joe’s partner Eryn helped me load the 300 lbs barrels of clay into my car.  I have the best family in the world, I think.

We used my car to ferry the 8 barrels across the meadow in three trips.  My poor Vibe gets beat up like it’s a truck too often….drive
