Processing This Year’s Clay

eehaw!   I had a great pourtime processing the new clay with Dana yesterday.  We got a quarter of what we dug cleaned and into a drying trough!  For an explanation of the process click here.  At right you can see our drying trough full of glorious clay slurry.  When it is stiff enough to make things out of, I will run it through our pug-mill and then it is ready to use.
