y sister Paula came over on Saturday to help my Mom make salsa while I made bouja bowls.  My mom uses a meat grinder to ‘chop’ the tomatoes to save time, since they cook down anyway.>

We often try to make use of more zucchini by hiding some in our salsa, even though they aren’t listed on the following recipe.

You may also notice, like many Minnesotans, the Meyers don’t like their salsa all that spicy:)  The recipe makes 14 pints roughly.
