his past month my grandpa Pete and I have been collaborating on a barn door. He built me the frame last fall and I finished it. Then we hung it a week ago and he also helped me recast the concrete behind the door that was falling apart. All I had to do in return for his help was help him butcher some old roosters. I enjoy spending time with him.
I couldn’t get him to sign the stoop with a handprint in the concrete, he says he used to hunt down the kids who did that to his concrete jobs.
