was asked to make the awards for the annual Millstream Arts Festival happening on September 29th all over downtown St Joe. I made them out of porcelain, brushed on a coating of black tinted clay slip, and then carved the lettering and imagery in when the surface was leather-hard. These ceramic medallions will hang in the booths of the Best of Show winners. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this great arts festival.
